Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm - 7am. No parties! Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood. During quiet hours, no music or gatherings outside and no use of the pool and spa. You are responsible for any city fees incurred. No more than 12 people at the property at any given time, including guests spending the night. $25 penalty for each person over the agreed amount. No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host's pre-approval. Must agree to additional rules. (May incur additional fees.) Please clean up after yourself if you use the charcoal BBQ. Charcoal is not provided. Please limit the number of overnight cars to 5 max. 3 on the driveway and 2 on the street. No third party vendors or party rental equipment. Do not move furniture. Fireplace is for decorative use only. Do not burn wood. No candles please. Fire extinguisher located under kitchen sink. Suitable for children and infants but NOT baby/child-proof. Always watch your children. Their safety and your own are your responsibility. (Ex: beware of cleaning supplies etc. under sinks, steps, corners, outlets, etc.) Do not leave children unattended in pool area. Guests will use pool and spa at their own risk and will not hold the host liable. Do NOT touch the pool equipment, including the pool vacuum. Contact the host to use the spa, so pool can be switched to spa mode. Do not use the pool and spa during quiet hours. Do not remove the pool fence and check that the pool gate latches properly each time. Guests will use the scooters and beach cruiser bikes at their own risk and will not hold the host liable. Please check bikes and scooters before using and remember to use the bike locks when you take the bikes out exploring and when you return. If bikes and scooters are not returned by check out time, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement. Guests will use the bunk bed and fire pit with caution and will not hold the host liable. (Please note: per manufacturer, the top bed weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bed weight capacity is 350 lb.) Please turn the propane tank gas valve off for the fire pit after use. Allow pool maintenance and landscaping maintenance onto property. (They let themselves into the backyard through the side gate at their regular scheduled times.) You are responsible for the cost of any damage. You are responsible for the cost of extra cleaning fees up to $500 due to excessive uncleanliness or smoking in home. No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property, including the backyard. $250 penalty for evidence of smoking on the property. No pets allowed. $150 penalty for evidence of a pet on the property. $150 penalty plus the cost of damage for tampering with security cameras or noise monitoring devices. $150 penalty plus the cost of damage for tampering with pool equipment, including the pool vacuum. Pool vacuum automatically runs periodically. Do not remove the vacuum from the pool. This will damage the pool equipment. No charging of electric/plug in vehicles or RVs. Extra late check out fee up to the cost of your check out date's nightly rate if cleaners are forced to wait to clean and/or if next guests checking in are affected. No booking for a 3rd party. Agree to rental contract/house rules.

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard.
